Growplay Monkey Bars

Our kids love their new monkey bars. Strong enough for them as they age, and so much fun. After only 1 week my youngest mastered the bridge and is so excited.We got the soccer wall as a replacement for a swing, was a surprise, but much better for the age and usage of our kids.They've even decided the soccer net can double as a locker" when they are climbing but not kicking!"

We chose to purchase a Growplay Monkey bar set over other brands because of the quality and manufacturing process. Our kids just love their set and enjoy playing on it, especially when friends also come to play. It has seen birthday parties, lockdown fun, and every afternoon after school!Extremely happy with our purchase and have no hesitation recommending Growplay Monkey Bars to anyone.

Great product & overall easy to assemble. The YouTube video instructions were awesome & made the whole process much easier than first imagined when we laid all the pieces out in the beginning. Pretty much assembled on my own with help for the lifting & positioning once it was together. Took a full day working away at it so would easy be 5-6hrs with 2 people working on it. Kids are yet to use it but can’t wait to see their faces when they come home to this! Much safer option than the tree house they’ve been building to sit & look at the view & can imagine the games & competitions they’ll use it for. Very sturdy even though it can be disassembled. Pleased we went with Growplay over other advertised brands.

Waiting since April with expected delivery September, finally receiving all items ordered 2 weeks after Christmas, my disappointment about this disappeared once I seen the pure enjoyment on my Grandsons faces. They both just love playing outside on their Growplay Monkey Bars, it keeps them entertained for hours each and every day. Thank you for such a great climbing frame....it was so worth the wait to see them so happy.

Update: After contacting Growplay again they offered a satisfactory resolution and I have increased this review to 4 stars as a result.I purchased 2 Ninja Compact sets for my grandchildren for Christmas 2022. I allowed ample delivery time for them to arrive before each intended family left for Christmas holidays a few days before Christmas. One arrived and was assembled only to discover the cargo net was the incorrect size and did not fit. When I contacted Growplay they suggested that it would be difficult to disassemble the set to replace it and asked if I really wanted the correct size. We did and they did send another one. Although due to the difficulty disassembling the set it still hasn't been replaced 2 months later.The second set never arrived and when I queried its whereabouts I was told it would be dispatched urgently that day 20.12.22. It was not and we received it on 23.12.22, one day late for the family as they had left for their holiday and one day after we were supposed to be on our holiday. So we lost one night of paid accomodation to take delivery of it. Grrrr.At the time of the cargo net issue with the first set I queried the likelihood of an incorrect cargo net with the second set and was told it was unlikely, they implied it had never happened before. Turns out they were wrong and this was discovered when it was assembled. We now wait for the replacement net and we are not looking forward to disassembling and reassembling the set.I have found customer service fobs off issues, they don't reply to emails and no effort is made to resolve issues unless they are forced to do so, in fact they try to dissuade you so that they dont have to do anything.The sets themselves seem to be great quality and the kids do enjoy them but unfortunately the brand is let down by poor customer service.If Growplay would like to send someone to disassemble both sets to install the correct size cargo nets we would be most appreciative.

We purchased ‘The Original’. Great website and easy to navigate. It was a quick delivery, took 3 of us to set up. The instructions could have been a little clearer, but I think we got warehouse stock so they may have improved it since. We have a 5 year old and 2 year old. It’s been about 6 weeks and the kids are constantly outside. They love it! We got sent out new monkey rings after receiving ones that didn’t loop through the bars. My daughters upper body strength is above average for her age (according to OT) and i put this down to all the play on the equipment. I would 100% recommend Growplay to anyone looking into buying one! We will be back for accessories. Thank you :)

Fantastic product with friendly helpful service. Growplay Monkey Bars really are the best quality climbing frames on the market. We are very happy we went through them for our purchase. The kids are constantly on them. Can't recommend enough.

The Compact- Cannot comment on the product itself as have not used it much but the assembly instructions … oh my god! One of the worst! Forget the manual but even following the video was difficult… I wish left/rights were added to the bars/metals…. The video looks easy to set up but in reality it’s a difficult job… There was no way that the cargo net could stretch that much so the bottom horizontal rail could be inserted into the clamps before the leg bend… we ended up leaving the cargo net just hanging… also as just followed the video blindly, lost two of my hooks with no use… wish knew from the beginning the video is relevant to those Ninja compacts with net swing (mine had no swing).. also it would be good idea to have stoppers for the ends of the top rail where the rope ladder is hung… I’m in constant worry that it would come off while my kids are swinging on the ladder!

We are over the moon with our Growplay Monkey bar set. It is the perfect lockdown present for my girls to get them away from the screens and out into the sunshine.The set up was easy it took us 2 hours. The monkey bar set is very sturdy and of excellent quality.We highly recommend you check out this brand, lots of options and accessories and the customer service was amazing.

Grow Play Monkey Bars are awesome. My two girls spend endless hours outside climbing, swinging and playing on their Ninja Climbing Frame. It's great as you can add onto your set giving the kids more challenges. Well worth the money we have spent! It also looks pretty cool in the front yard!
